Pricing guide
Common area cleaning is quoted after a free on-site walk-through. The variables are the number of levels, whether there is lift access, the state of the bin room, the scope of work and how often the building needs servicing. You get the scope and price in writing so it can be tabled at committee. A 5% discount applies to physical cash payment.
