Do you offer a bond back guarantee?+
Yes. Our end of lease cleaning includes a Bond Back Guarantee for eligible cleaning items within the agreed scope. Notify us within 72 hours of the inspection and provide the inspection report or written feedback so we can arrange a free re-clean under our terms. Conditions and exclusions apply, including damage and wear. It does not guarantee a rental-bond refund.
How much does house cleaning cost in Wollongong?+
Weekly weekday house cleaning is $60/hr ex GST · $66/hr incl. GST, with a two-hour minimum of $120 ex GST · $132 incl. GST. A one-off weekday clean is $65/hr ex GST · $71.50/hr incl. GST. Fortnightly visits receive a smaller discount; weekend and NSW public holiday rates differ. See our pricing page for the full rate table.
Can I save 5% by paying cash?+
Yes. Pay your completed cleaning bill in physical cash, meaning notes and coins, before the team leaves and receive 5% off the final cleaning bill. This applies in addition to your agreed recurring rate. Card, payment link, PayID and bank transfer do not qualify. Applicable GST remains included in the discounted total, and we provide an invoice and receipt. The staff-safety exception in our terms still applies.

We service all suburbs across Wollongong and the greater Illawarra region, including Fairy Meadow, Dapto, Shellharbour, Kiama, Thirroul, Bulli, Corrimal, Figtree, Unanderra, Port Kembla, Albion Park, and more.
Do you support NDIS participants?+
Yes. We support Self-Managed and Plan-Managed NDIS participants across the Illawarra. We are not an NDIA-registered provider and cannot bill Agency-Managed plans directly. The team confirms the agreed cleaning tasks, funding arrangements and applicable tax treatment in your quote and service agreement.
How do I book a clean?+

Do you bring your own equipment and products?+
Yes, we bring cleaning equipment and products. Tell us about allergies, children, pets, delicate surfaces and product preferences when requesting a quote so we can confirm suitable products and precautions. Follow product instructions and keep children and pets away from products and wet work areas.
Can you clean after hours or on weekends?+
Yes. After-hours and weekend cleans are available on request across Wollongong and the Illawarra, and are a standard option for offices and commercial sites. Saturday, Sunday and NSW public holiday bookings are charged at our weekend/holiday day rate. Tell us your preferred date and we'll confirm by call or text.
How soon can you start?+
Same-week bookings are often available and we do try to fit urgent jobs in around our existing runs. Tell us the week you need in the booking or quote form and we'll confirm what we can do by call or text.
