If you self-manage your NDIS plan, you can choose Illawarra Cleaning Crew directly. We invoice you with a clear, itemised tax invoice you can claim back from the NDIA portal. Same cleaner whenever they're available, no lock-in, and supports tailored to your plan goals.
If your plan is plan-managed, we invoice your plan manager directly using your details and service-agreement line items. No upfront cost to you, full reporting back to your support coordinator if you have one.

Yes. We support participants who are Self-Managed or Plan-Managed (handled by an independent plan management company). We are not currently an NDIA-registered provider, so we cannot bill Agency-Managed plans directly.
We invoice you directly if you are Self-Managed, or we invoice your plan manager if you are Plan-Managed. Clear, itemised invoices every time.
Continuity matters to us. We aim to send the same cleaner each visit, based on their availability, with a backup we've introduced you to.
