How long does the carpet take to dry?+
Usually 4 to 6 hours with good airflow. We extract as much moisture as possible before we leave, and we will let you know if humidity on the day means it needs longer.
Do I need a carpet steam clean for my bond?+
Most Illawarra agents ask for a professional steam clean receipt where carpets were professionally cleaned at the start of the lease. Check your tenancy agreement, and we can add carpets to your end of lease clean if you need it.
Will you get old stains out?+
We treat every stain, and most food, drink and traffic marks lift well. Dye stains, bleach damage and stains that have been previously scrubbed into the backing may not come out completely. We will tell you honestly what to expect before we start.
Do you clean upholstery as well?+
