Our Cleaning Prices: Wollongong & Illawarra

Compare our base rates before GST alongside the GST-inclusive totals. Both are clearly labelled. Regular, deep and NDIS cleaning are billed hourly. End of lease is a fixed-price quote after a free on-site inspection (or hourly if you prefer). Windows, pressure washing, office/commercial and builders cleans are quoted after a free on-site inspection.

Travel-free zone within 20 minutes of Wollongong CBD; areas further out may incur a small travel surcharge. Weekend and public-holiday day rates apply as shown above. 5% discount available for physical cash payment.

Pricing, common questions

Are your prices inclusive or exclusive of GST?+

Base rates before GST and GST-inclusive totals are shown together and labelled. Eligible NDIS supports may be GST-free; we confirm the treatment in your quote and service agreement.

How are hourly rates worked out?+

Hourly rates depend on the day and how often you book. The weekday rate is $71.50/hr one-off, dropping to $66/hr for weekly cleans, all incl. GST. Saturday, Sunday and NSW public holiday day rates are higher, as shown in the table above.

What are the minimum booking lengths?+

House and NDIS cleaning have a 2 hour minimum, deep cleaning a 4 hour minimum, end of lease hourly bookings a 6 hour minimum, and office, commercial and builders cleans a 6 hour minimum.

Do recurring bookings get a discount?+

Yes, weekly cleans get $5.50 off the weekday hourly rate and fortnightly cleans get $2.20 off, compared to the standard day rate. Monthly and one-off cleans are charged at the standard day rate, all incl. GST.

Can I save 5% by paying cash?+

Yes. Pay your completed cleaning bill in physical cash, meaning notes and coins, before the team leaves and receive 5% off the final cleaning bill. This applies in addition to your agreed recurring rate. Card, payment link, PayID and bank transfer do not qualify. Applicable GST remains included in the discounted total, and we provide an invoice and receipt. The staff-safety exception in our terms still applies.

Why are window, solar, gutter, pressure washing and lawn services quoted on inspection instead of listed with a price?+

These jobs are quoted on inspection because the price depends on details we can only assess on site, such as roof pitch, panel count, gutter length or garden size. We provide a free on-site inspection and a fixed written quote.

How is carpet cleaning priced?+

Carpet cleaning is $66 incl. GST per room, with a $132 incl. GST minimum charge per booking.
