How much does an Airbnb clean cost in Wollongong?+
Turnovers are billed hourly. Recurring turnovers are from $54/hr +GST, one-off cleans are $60/hr +GST, with a 2 hour minimum, so a typical small unit turnover starts from $108 +GST. Larger properties and linen handling take longer. All prices exclude GST.
Can you turn the property around on the same day?+
Yes, that is the normal way we work with hosts. Give us your standard checkout and check-in times and we will slot the clean into the gap between guests. Same-day turnarounds are available seven days a week.
Do you handle linen and towels?+
Yes. We strip beds, remake them with your fresh linen, and set out clean towels to your spec. If you use a commercial linen service we will bag the used sets ready for pickup. We do not launder linen off-site.
How do you get access to the property?+
Whatever suits you: lockbox, smart lock code, keysafe or a key we hold for you. Codes are only shared with the cleaner assigned to your property, and every cleaner is police checked.
What happens if a guest leaves damage or something is missing?+
We photograph anything out of the ordinary and message you before we finish, so you can decide about an AirCover claim while the evidence is fresh. We do not dispose of guest property.
Do you restock consumables?+
Yes. We can restock toilet paper, soap, tea, coffee and any welcome items you leave on site, and let you know when supplies are running low. Just give us your restock list.
Can you clean multiple properties for me?+
Yes. We look after hosts with several properties across the Illawarra and can set up a recurring schedule per listing. Recurring bookings attract the weekly or fortnightly rate.
What if a guest reports the place was not clean?+
Tell us and we will come back and re-clean the affected areas free of charge. We would rather fix it fast than see it in your reviews.
