Yes, subject to availability. Tell us the check-out and check-in times, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and whether linen is changed on site. We confirm a checklist and the time needed before the first visit. A turnover clean is quoted on its own scope, and extras such as laundry or restocking are only included when agreed in writing.
How much does house cleaning cost in Kiama?+
Hourly rates start from $60/hr ex GST · $66/hr incl. GST for a weekly weekday clean (standard weekday rate $65/hr ex GST · $71.50/hr incl. GST). Fortnightly saves $2/hr ex GST · $2.20/hr incl. GST. There is a two hour minimum, so weekly cleans start from $120 ex GST · $132 incl. GST. Saturday, Sunday and NSW public holiday cleans are charged at the day rate.
